Our guided tours and workshops take you inside the world of Cargo — from grain to glass. Explore our brewing setup, learn how we craft our small-batch beers, ask all the nerdy questions, and finish with a guided tasting paddle of our latest releases.

Gin Workshop

Step into the world of gin in this hands-on, 3-hour distilling experience designed to ignite your senses and creativity. Guided by our expert team, you’ll explore an array of botanicals, uncover the rich history of gin, and craft your own unique recipe.

Enjoy snacks and a gin tasting board throughout the session

You’ll also design a signature cocktail tailored to your creation, and enjoy a glass of it to celebrate your hard work. To top it all off, take home a personalised 250 or 500ml bottle of your custom gin – made entirely by you.

  • Duration: 3 hours

    Price: $250 for own still and $350 for shared still ($175 per person)
